Booking fees & Cancellations
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No booking is confirmed until the booking fee is received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Cancellation Policy – In-Studio Appointments
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
Your booking reserves a dedicated time slot which I cannot rebook at short notice.
For this reason, all cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ notice to be eligible for one-time rescheduling, this must be acknowledged and confirmed by Alex Iles Artistry to be valid. Anything less will result in the loss of your booking fee. If no notice is given and you fail to attend your appointment, or if you cancel within 24 hours, the full service amount will need to be paid before booking any future appointments

Cancellation Policy – Bridal Bookings
All booking fees and payments made toward bridal bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation Policy – Education Bookings
All booking fees for one-on-one education sessions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances. As these sessions reserve a large portion of the day, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to be eligible for a one-time reschedule. Any notice under 14 days will result in the loss of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will require the full balance of the session to be paid before booking a future session.
Model Requirements & Cancellation
If your model cancels:
- Please give me as much notice as possible. In some cases, I may be able to adjust the start time or assist in finding a last-minute replacement.
- You are still expected to attend the session — a model cancellation is not considered grounds for cancelling the lesson itself.
- You may need to cover a model sourcing fee if a model is required at short notice.
- Replacement models may vary in appearance or style — flexibility is appreciated.
If I have sourced the model and they are no longer available, I will work to arrange an alternative or reschedule the session at no additional cost, as this is outside your control.
​No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Failure to attend or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require full payment of the service before any future bookings can be accepted. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee.

Service Adjustments
If a client chooses to change to a service of lesser value, the original service fee still applies.

Health & Hygiene Policy
To maintain a clean and professional working environment:
- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any contagious symptoms (such as cold sores, eye infections, or flu-like symptoms), please notify me as early as possible.
- In some cases, I may still proceed with the appointment using additional PPE precautions, at my discretion.
- If your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to illness, your booking fee will still be forfeited, regardless of the reason.
- If no notice is given and you do not attend your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours, the full service fee will be required before rebooking.
- Appointments may also be cancelled on arrival if you appear visibly unwell, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
All products used are professional-grade and selected with care. Please advise of any allergies prior to your appointment, as no refunds will be issued in the event of a reaction.
